Russia does not recognize the illegal sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom against the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces and 11 individuals allegedly associated with this department.
Axar.az reports that this was stated by the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"The Russian side does not recognize the illegal sanctions imposed under false pretexts, bypassing the UN Security Council, and reserves the right to take retaliatory measures," Zakharova noted.
