Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover rises 9.1% to $26B

Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover increased by 9.1% in January-June this year, reaching $26.0542 billion.

Axar.az reports that, according to the State Statistics Committee, exports rose by 43.2% during the reporting period to $17.7131 billion. Non-oil and gas exports increased 3.2-fold to $5.5484 billion.

Imports, meanwhile, fell by 27.6% to $8.3411 billion over the six-month period.
