Tomb of Pharaoh’s Heir found in Egypt

During archaeological research in the Saqqara region near Cairo, scientists have discovered the tomb of the heir to Pharaoh Userkaf.

Axar.az informs that the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has published a report on this.

“The archaeological mission has discovered the tomb of Prince Waser-if-Ren, the son of Pharaoh Userkaf, the first ruler of the 5th dynasty of Ancient Egypt,” the report said.

During the excavations, archaeologists discovered a huge false door made of pink granite, 5 m high and a little more than 1 m wide.
