"Armenia has no alternative but to stand by Russia," said Ara Abramyan, president of the Union of Armenians of Russia, in an interview, APA reports citing TASS.
He also assessed his country's prospects for membership in the European Union:
"Nobody invites us to this union. We ourselves want to become a member. The European Union also says, of course, welcome. Why do they say that? That's why they give weapons and money to Ukraine. That is, to harm Russia. They put the same condition before Pashinyan, but he doesn't understand it."
