Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro heads a drug cartel.
Axar.az reports that this was stated by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"Maduro is the head of the Los Soles cartel, a drug-terrorist organization that has taken over the country. He is accused of supplying drugs to the United States," Rubio said.
