At least four migrants found dead off Turkiye

At least four migrants drowned on Monday after falling from an inflatable boat off Turkiye’s western coast.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkish media, that the incident occurred near the Karaburun district of Izmir.

Rescuers saved two people and recovered four bodies, while search operations for additional missing migrants continue.

Authorities have not yet determined how many people were on board the vessel or their nationalities.
