U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip includes preventing Israel from annexing the West Bank.
Axar.az reports that the details were obtained by the “Al-Hadath” TV channel.
“Trump told journalists that he would not allow Israel to annex the West Bank, rejecting calls from some right-wing politicians in Tel Aviv who seek to expand sovereignty and crush hopes for the creation of a Palestinian state,” it was reported.
It is noted that Washington will fulfill its obligations to ensure the integrity of the West Bank.
