The problem of water resources is becoming increasingly acute for countries bordering Russia.
Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this.
“The issue of water resources is becoming a serious problem not only for us but also for our neighbors — the CIS countries. Thankfully, our situation is stable, but around us, it has become a very pressing issue,” Putin said.
