EU fails to agree on 40B euro aid for Ukraine

The European Union's foreign ministers have failed to agree on a 40 billion euro aid package for Ukraine.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the head of EU diplomacy, Kaja Kallas.

She noted that discussions are underway:

"I hope we will make progress soon."
