Axar.az reports that the German Foreign Ministry sharply condemned Iran’s drone strike on Nakhchivan and expressed solidarity with Azerbaijan.
The ministry’s Director for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, and Central Asia, Niklas Wagner, shared a post on X on behalf of the German Foreign Ministry:
"We firmly condemn the Iranian drone strikes today in Nakhchivan and any actions that threaten Azerbaijan’s security. We stand in solidarity with Azerbaijan and those affected. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and further developments."
