The video circulating in the media was recorded before Mojtaba Khamenei became Iran’s Supreme Leader.
Axar.az reports that an Iranian source told TASS.
““This is an old video. It was recorded before he became [Supreme] Leader,” the source said.
"He is healthy, and the only reason for his absence from public view is security concerns,” the source said.
It should be noted that Iranian media outlets released footage of Mojtaba Khamenei earlier today.
