The United States does not support strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Russian territory.
Axar.az reports that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said this at a press conference held with his French counterpart in Paris regarding the attacks of Kyiv on Russian oil refineries and other facilities.
"From the first day, the main goal of our policy has been to help protect Ukraine from Russian aggression. At the same time, we do not support or help Ukraine's strikes outside its territory," he said.
French Foreign Minister Sejourne noted that Kyiv is acting within the framework of legal defence regarding Ukraine's attacks on oil facilities in Russia.
