The non-transparent preparation, non-inclusive nature of the tripartite meeting of the USA, the European Union, and Armenia scheduled to be held on April 5, and the non-postponement of it despite Azerbaijan's rightful comments, will lead to the creation of dividing lines and, as a result, tension, rather than peace and cooperation in the South Caucasus.
Axar.az reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said this during a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
It should be noted that on April 3, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken called President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
