Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal to Ukrainian troops to lay down their arms and surrender in the Kursk region is still valid, but Kiev's time is running out.
Axar.az informs that this was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
It should be noted that V. Putin, at a military operation meeting with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council, guaranteed Ukrainian fighters in the Kursk region that their lives would be protected and they would be treated with dignity if they laid down their arms and surrendered.
