President Donald Trump is proposing to reduce budget authority in areas not related to defense by $163 billion, 22.6% compared to the current year's spending.
Axar.az reports that this was stated in a statement from the White House.
It was noted that this would decrease by $163 billion, from $720.5 billion to $557.4 billion.
