On May 9, at approximately 17:40 (GMT+4), Armenian soldiers stationed at a combat position near the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan attempted to provoke Azerbaijani forces.
A video recording from the scene shows an Armenian soldier standing above a trench, shouting offensive words and making threatening gestures. The provocative actions are clear, as the soldier appears to deliberately try to elicit a response from the Azerbaijani military.
Despite the provocations, Azerbaijani servicemen remained composed and demonstrated exceptional restraint. Instead of reacting to the verbal insults, the Azerbaijani troops closely monitored the situation while maintaining their professionalism and calm demeanor.
