Moscow is awaiting a response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s proposal to resume negotiations with the Ukrainian side in Istanbul.
Axar.az reports this was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"Let’s wait for the reaction of those to whom the negotiations were proposed," the diplomat noted.
