By the end of 2025, the total amount of public debt (external and internal) of the Republic of Azerbaijan is expected to reach 29 billion manats, or 22.2% of the projected GDP, APA-Economics reports citing the Ministry of Finance.
It was noted that by the end of the medium term (2026–2029), the total public debt (external and internal) of the Republic of Azerbaijan is projected to reach 32.7 billion manats, which would constitute 20.1% of the forecasted GDP in 2029.
