A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck the Sheki-Oguz border region of Azerbaijan on Monday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake, which occurred 6 km east of the Sheki station, was recorded at 08:31 local time at a depth of 17 km.
