Russia is preparing for a new offensive in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions this spring.
Axar.az reports that this was said by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"Putin is trying to buy time and prepare for the spring offensive.
"We see that they are preparing for this future operation. We have shared intelligence with our allies. Putin is preparing for a new offensive, especially in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions. He wanted to launch this operation eight months ago, but we prevented it thanks to our intervention in Kursk. That is why he needs time today," he said.
