"Projects outlined in the 'First State Program on the Great Return' are proceeding on schedule in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, as across all other liberated territories," Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend districts, told journalists.
“Reconstruction is underway at the 4th and 5th residential complexes, as well as in the Eyvazkhanbayli and Bash Garvand villages. These four settlements are expected to be commissioned by the year-end. Overall, this means the return of 8,000 residents to the city of Aghdam, alongside 427 and 851 families in the initial phase to Eyvazkhanbayli and Bash Garvand villages, respectively,” the Presidential Representative emphasized.
