The employee of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) who was blown up by a mine in Jabrayil district has had his left leg amputated, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB).
The patient was subsequently evacuated to a private medical institution in Baku city after receiving necessary medical care.
To recall, the man (born in 1991) was injured on April 6 around 10:15 as a result of an explosion in Mehdili village of Jabrayil district. He was immediately hospitalized at the Fuzuli District Central Hospital.
